Larry Powell has been a local name in building quality homes in Davidson and Wilson County since 1979. While not being the largest builder in the area, each home is built given the utmost personal attention to detail and quality. For many years as a teenager and young adult Larry helped his father, James Powell, on jobsites and joined him in business after college. Over the years they built in many subdivisions including Brandywine Place, Brandywine Pointe, Chandler Pointe, Waterford and Hickory Hills. Larry developed and has built in Oakcrest, Saddlebrooke, Brookside Woods and Cedar Creek. In 2006 Larry's son, Larry Wayne Jr, has joined him in Residential Building as Job Superintendant after 4 years in Commercial Construction.
